The hotel's decoration exudes a classic yet cozy atmosphere, with elegant furnishings that remind me of the old days. The general areas are tastefully designed, providing a comfortable and welcoming ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciate the accessible layout of the hotel, allowing easy movement and convenience for older guests.

It would have been even more enjoyable if there were more activities tailored for senior guests. The children working there could have offered some gentle exercise classes or organized social events specifically for us.

During my stay over Easter, I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast included a good selection of pastries and cheese, and the beach, just a short walk away, was beautiful. the hotel provided private parking at no extra cost.

The surrounding area lacked dining options and we struggled to find an open restaurant. the sound insulation in our room was poor, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to noises from the nearby restaurant and street.

The room was clean with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Comfortable and close to lovely beaches. Nice continental breakfast. Beautiful pool with soothing water feature. Super helpful and kind staff.

Our stay at Raffael in Putzu Idu was absolutely amazing! The room was sparkling clean and had a stunning balcony where we could enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea. It was incredibly comfortable, and within a short drive, we found ourselves on lovely beaches. The continental-style breakfast, with pastries, cold cuts, cheese, and bread. The pool was beautiful, and the soothing water feature could be heard from our balcony, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this magical place.

This hotel was a true gem! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The boutique vibe was so relaxing, and the location was ideal. I could easily walk to the beautiful quiet beaches and explore some amazing local restaurants. The room itself was immaculately clean and had a stunning balcony with views of the sea. I loved starting my day with a delicious continental breakfast by the pool, listening to the soothing water feature. The staff's kindness and helpfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to come back and experience this magical place again!

I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a private and relaxing getaway. The whole experience, from the excellent service to the gorgeous pool and surroundings, exceeded my expectations.

- Nice rooms, clean, nice sitting area outside (although not very private) - Good swimming pool with pool bar - Good breakfast, including some fresh fruit

- Quite a long walk to a sandy beach (the one nearby is rocks) - not all staff speak English well and therefore we were given wrong information - For restaurants you need to take the car. Not much close by. We had a bad experience with the restaurant at the hotel (very long waiting time, main course (grilled fish) was was burned). Restaurant staff does not seem to bother much about service.

Great parking and delicious food

During my business trip, the hotel provided ample parking space, which was a huge relief. The food served by the restaurant was also fantastic - I loved the flavor and quality of the dishes. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, which had many interesting attractions to visit.

Despite the positives, I had a very uncomfortable stay due to the poor air conditioning in my room, which left me feeling hot and sweaty throughout the night. The bed was also very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Very nice 4* hotel, good location near to the sea, relaxing swimming pool, can recommend to everyone.

The pool

The Hotel is suposed to have four stars, but from my point of view does not meet the required quality. The breakfast is very poor, the room is ok but it hasn't any shelve inside the closet, no place to sit down except the bed, etc. I think this has been the worst relation price/quality I remember; and I travel a lot on business/vacation in Spain, uk, México, Brazil, usa, Japan...

Wonderfully designed and mainyained, excellent rooms, attentive and friendly stall, gretat location.
